In what many have described as the most consequential election in generations, some 250 million eligible American voters will decide who controls Congress for the final two years of President Donald Trump’s presidency, along with dozens of governorships and thousands of state offices. More than 59 million Americans have voted early, while others are casting their ballots across the country on Nov. 3.
